Memorandum of understanding beween the NMC and CQC
The MoU [PDF] sets out the framework for a working partnership between the CQC and the NMC in order to safeguard the wellbeing of the public receiving health and adult social care services in England.
It details the areas of cooperation between the two organisations and identifies named individuals each with a specific remit for ensuring that the spirit of the MoU is effectively embedded throughout each organisation.
