There are a variety of services available on our website which will be processed more quickly than over the telephone.

Our Registrations Directorate is working hard to give you a secure, fully automated online service and we appreciate your patience while we carry out essential changes to our systems.

We are continuing to provide an essential telephone service. You may experience longer than usual waiting times.

Please refer to the list below before you call our Registrations Centre to avoid unnecessary waiting while we answer your call.

For security reasons, we can provide no assistance without your Pin, name and date of birth

Online or telephone?

There are a variety of services available to use online which will be processed more quickly than over the telephone. Additionally, some of these facilities may require you to send additional information, which we cannot take over the phone, for example documentation, or signed paperwork.
