Defining the knowledge and skills that nurses need to practice
This phase focused on the development of generic and field specific competencies, that is, the knowledge and skills that nurses need to practice. We also looked at developing a teaching, learning and assessment framework which will increase opportunities for shared learning between students of different nursing fields and other professions.
