All nurses, midwives and specialist community public health nurses who practise in the UK must be on the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) register. This service is available to everyone. You do not need an account, username or password.

We only provide details of people with effective registration, which means registration fees have been paid and registration is up to date. If a person's registration has lapsed, or they have been removed, the NMC will still have their record but it will not appear in the search results.
