Reporting information security incidents or data breaches
If you become aware of an information security incident or data breach, you should report it to your usual contact at the NMC in the first instance. If you’re a supplier working on our behalf, you should report any information security incidents or data breaches to your usual management contact at the NMC.
If you’re a case party in a fitness to practise case, you should report any information security incidents or data breaches to your NMC caseworker in the first instance.
